Gift Cards

Gift cards can be used in most shops and restaurants at Geneva Airport, located both before and after security control. The full list of acceptance points is available on this page. Gift cards are being rolled out progressively.

Elle n'est pas acceptée comme moyen de paiement pour des services tels que ResaPark, Priority Lane ou Pack VIP.
La carte cadeau est valable exclusivement dans les commerces et restaurants situés au sein de l'aéroport.

The amount is customisable between CHF 10 and CHF 3,000. You are free to choose the value of your gift card from the options available in our online shop. The card can then be used in one or several transactions, until the balance is spent.

The gift card is valid for 2 years. For further details, please refer to the general terms and conditions available in the online shop.

The Geneva Airport gift card is sent by post using A+ mail. It is dispatched Monday to Friday, within approximately 2 working days of order confirmation (excluding public holidays).

For more urgent needs, you can opt for the Print@Home gift card, sent directly by e-mail.

Once the card balance has been fully used, the card is no longer valid and cannot be used again.
Unfortunately, it cannot be reloaded.

In the event of loss or theft, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can suspend your gift card.

We will be able to block any further spending. However, any amounts already spent cannot be refunded.
