How to get your discount code?

 

  1. Complete the associated form
    There is a form to complete for each journey:
    - Form A for journeys from an eligible station to Geneva Airport,
    - Form B for journeys from Geneva Airport to an eligible station.
    Each completed form entitles you to a discount code.

  2. Receive your unique discount code by email
    Your discount code and usage instructions will be sent by email.

  3. Use the code on the CFF website or app
    On the CFF website or app, make a purchase for the journey from an eligible station to Geneva Airport. Then make another purchase for the journey from Geneva Airport to an eligible station.
    Apply the unique discount code received by email during each transaction.

Terms of use

Operation duration
This initiative is implemented by Genève Aéroport as part of its commitment to sustainable mobility and will run until the end of 2025, subject to modifications or adjustments.
Genève Aéroport reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this initiative at any time, without prior notice or compensation. No claims or complaints will be accepted in the event of changes to the conditions, malfunction, or early termination of the programme.
 

Validity of the discount code
The code is only valid if the destination or departure station is Geneva Airport.

Travel by train the day before or the day after your flight
You can benefit from this discount if you travel by train the day before your departure flight and/or the day after your return.

Types of tickets
The discount codes apply to all types of fares and travel classes.

Selection of eligible station
You must select an eligible station. If your station is not listed, you unfortunately cannot benefit from the discount.

Mandatory data
The flight number and the airline reservation reference are mandatory data to ensure the validity of the discount.

Controls
A unique control reference will be sent by email. This reference is necessary to validate that the train journey corresponds to your flight reservation. Be sure to keep this reference, as it guarantees the validity of your discount in case of control.

    There are over 380 eligible stations in the cantons of Bern, Fribourg, Jura, Neuchâtel, and Valais. You can check the list of eligible stations for more information.

  • Comment utiliser mon code de réduction ?

    To use your discount code, follow these steps:

    Receive your code by email
    After filling out the online form, you will receive an email containing your discount code.

    Go to the SBB website
    Visit the SBB website at the following address: https://www.sbb.ch/en.

    Select your journey
    If you are travelling to Geneva Airport: Select your eligible departure station and the destination "Geneva Airport".
    If you are departing from Geneva Airport: Select "Geneva Airport" as the departure station, and your eligible destination station.

    Enter your travel details
    Enter the date of your journey for the selected route and search for your journey.
    At the end of the booking process, in the "Payment Method" section, enter the code received by email.

    For a return journey
    Request two discount codes: You need to fill out both forms A and B to receive a code, one for the outbound journey and another for the return journey.

  • Est-ce que le code de réduction est valable pour un aller-retour ?

    If the value of the discount is greater than the cost of the train journey, the difference is lost and non-refundable.

  • Les enfants comptent-ils comme des passagers pour la réduction ?

    No, each discount code allows you to book a single journey on the SBB website or app.

    If you want a discount on both the outbound and return trips, you need to make two separate purchases on the SBB website or app.

    Please complete Form A and Form B to get two unique discount codes.

  • Quels contrôles seront effectués?

    Flight Number: The flight number is usually indicated on your airline ticket, boarding pass, or in the confirmation email of your reservation. Generally, it is composed of the airline's code followed by numbers, for example, "LX2805" for a SWISS flight.

    Airline Reservation Number: The reservation number, also called the "booking code" or "PNR (Passenger Name Record)," can be found in the confirmation email of your reservation. This alphanumeric code is often composed of six characters and is used to access your booking online or during check-in.
