  • You leave the airport by bus

    The drop-off and pick-up area of TPG buses is located on the check-in level in front the CFF Railway station.

    A call point is available in front of the CFF Railway station.

  • You leave the airport by car

    Some car parks are located far from Terminal 1. Pick-up from and drop-off to your vehicle by a GVAssistance agent is available only in these two car parks:

    • P1 Long-term: at about 50 meters from Terminal 1, 30 places reserved at level -1.

    • P20 French area: close to the sliding doors towards the Terminal on the French side, six places on the lower level.

  • You leave the airport by train

    If you need help to get on or off the train, please advice this in advance by calling the Impaired Mobility Call Centre of the Swiss Federal Railways(CFF) at least one hour before your departure.

    When you leave Genève Aéroport and you are assisted by GVAssistance, you will be accompanied by an agent to the CFF Railway station of Genève Aéroport.
