Envol, the only event exclusively dedicated to organized trips to Geneva and French-speaking par of Switzerland. The concept of the Geneva Airport exhibition has evolved to offer its exhibitors a framework that can increase your visibility and irreplaceable contact to the public.

In the age of Internet and access to instant information, only the advice of real travel specialists can meet clients’ expectations, especially for « tailor-made » trips, for « original » destinations, for « special » themes (trekking, thalassotherapy, responsible tourism, gastronomy, expedition, cultural, etc.).

Animations contribute to the overall atmosphere of the show and punctuate the day from 09:00 to 18:00. Each exhibitor also has the opportunity to organize a contest on his exhibition stand and to win prizes, especially with travel, air tickets from Geneva.

Around 20'000 people, including 5'000 to 6'000 visitors especially for the exhibition, are expected at the Geneva-Airport CFF station during the day of the Envol. The entrance is completely free of charge, anyone passing through can easily become a visitor to your booth.


Each year, some thirty airlines, tourist offices, tour operators, travel agencies and tourism professionals are present.
To expose, two proposals:

  • An exhibition space with a 6m2 fully equipped booth composed of a backlit display / counter (1m60 long x 1m high x 50cm wide), a 42-inch screen, spotlights, a high chair, a brochure display stand, a plant, an electrical outlet and wifi access.
  • A virgin space (minimum of 6m2) composed of a floor surface of your choice equipped with an electrical socket and a wifi access.

Practical information and registration

Envol exhibition takes place on 7 June 2020. It is held for a whole Sunday in the main hall of the CFF Genève-Aéroport station, a strategic crossing point given the many shops and restaurants that are open on this day.

Genève Aéroport organizes and promotes the event to the public with a significant communication campaign : billboards, radio, flyers, e-mailings, posts on social networks and dedicated web page.
