Shops & Restaurants

All the airport retailers are open 365 days a year, at the following times:

• shops on the Departures level: from 06:00 to 21:00

• Duty Free shops: from 05:30 until the last flight for the main shop in the transit area, based on the first and last flight for others.

• restaurants: from 05:30 to 22:00 or until the last flight for those in the transit area.

The currencies accepted at the airport are Swiss francs and Euros in the shops and car parks.

Pounds and dollars are also accepted in the restaurants.

Yes, Genève Aéroport provides a wrapping service for the luggage "Safe Bag" on the Check-in level.

Shop & Collect is a service that allows you to buy products at your departure from Genève Aéroport and collect them upon your return. It allows you to travel light, secure your products in a safe place until your return and enjoy your travel with extra comfort.

Shop & Collect is for anyone who makes a return trip from Genève Aéroport.

Shop & Collect allows you to purchase all products, brands, available in Aelia Duty Free stores from the Genève Aéroport, except fresh products, due to hygiene reasons.

Shop & Collect also allows you to benefit from all current promotions in the shops during your shopping.

If you forget to collect your products, you can contact customer service info@aeliadutyfree.ch in order to find a solution to recover them.

 

Upon your return, you can collect your products in the Aelia Duty Free shop on arrival, before baggage claim. The location of the shop will be communicated by e-mail in advance, as well as in the leaflet provided with your purchase. Simply show your receipt and a photo ID to collect your products.

You can request this service at any time from a sales consultant of Aelia Duty Free shops in the departure area.  He/she will ask you to fill out a form with the following details:

• first and last names for your identification;

• e-mail address and/or your telephone number in order to contact you as part of the service;

• information on the return flight (airline, flight number, date and arrival time) to plan your arrival and consider possible flight delays;

• the barcode on your receipt to identify your purchase.

In order to buy in Aelia Duty Free shops, you must present your boarding pass. To release your products upon your return, they also need the information of your return flight.
