Following the success of the first two experiments conducted on Christmas Eve 2023 between Biel/Bienne and Geneva Airport, then on Easter, Ascension, and Pentecost, Geneva Airport and the SBB are offering "early morning" train services for summer holiday departures for passengers from Biel/Bienne, Fribourg, and Sion wishing to travel to Geneva Airport.
This initiative is part of a responsible mobility strategy and aims to better meet the needs of leisure traffic. Thanks to these offers, customers from the concerned regions can travel directly to Geneva Airport and board the first flights, which take off between 06:00 and 08:00, while leaving their vehicles at home for maximum comfort.
