    There are over 380 eligible stations in the cantons of Bern, Fribourg, Jura, Neuchâtel, and Valais. You can check the list of eligible stations for more information.
  • Comment utiliser mon code de réduction ?

    To use your discount code, follow these steps:

    Receive your code by email
    After filling out the online form, you will receive an email containing your discount code.

    Go to the SBB website
    Visit the SBB website at the following address: https://www.sbb.ch/en.

    Select your journey
    If you are travelling to Geneva Airport: Select your eligible departure station and the destination "Geneva Airport".
    If you are departing from Geneva Airport: Select "Geneva Airport" as the departure station, and your eligible destination station.

    Enter your travel details
    Enter the date of your journey for the selected route and search for your journey.
    At the end of the booking process, in the "Payment Method" section, enter the code received by email.

    For a return journey
    Request two discount codes: You need to fill out both forms A and B to receive a code, one for the outbound journey and another for the return journey.
  • Est-ce que le code de réduction est valable pour un aller-retour ?

    If the value of the discount is greater than the cost of the train journey, the difference is lost and non-refundable.
  • Les enfants comptent-ils comme des passagers pour la réduction ?

    No, each discount code allows you to book a single journey on the SBB website or app.

    If you want a discount on both the outbound and return trips, you need to make two separate purchases on the SBB website or app.

    Please complete Form A and Form B to get two unique discount codes.

    Airline Reservation Number: The reservation number, also called the "booking code" or "PNR (Passenger Name Record)," can be found in the confirmation email of your reservation. This alphanumeric code is often composed of six characters and is used to access your booking online or during check-in.
