Your rights as a passenger with reduced mobility (PRM)

When you travel by air, your rights are protected by European regulations.

Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006 of 5 July 2006 guarantees assistance for disabled passengers and passengers with reduced mobility at airports and on board aircraft.

It notably ensures:

  • Free assistance
  • Equal access to air transport
  • The obligation to provide appropriate support throughout the journey

This legal framework ensures that you can travel in safe, dignified and fair conditions.

Complaint Procedure

First, complaints should be addressed to the Passenger Services Department of the airline's and/or the airport management.

If you are not satisfied with the response received, you may consider contacting the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA).
