easyJet announces that flights between Geneva and Valletta will no longer be seasonal. From 26 October 2025, easyJet will operate two weekly flights, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, allowing travellers to enjoy Malta also in autumn and winter.
A jewel of the Mediterranean,
Malta enchants visitors with its turquoise waters, megalithic temples, UNESCO-listed fortifications and mild year-round climate. Valletta, its capital rich in Baroque heritage, is the ideal starting point to explore Gozo’s beaches, the Dingli cliffs or the charming fishing villages such as Marsaxlokk.
The weather in Malta during the winter months is perfect for hiking or cycling along the coast while enjoying spectacular landscapes. In the low season, the island offers a peaceful atmosphere to discover its history and gastronomy, but also the magic of Christmas markets and the vibrant Carnival, one of the oldest in Europe.
