Some items refused at security screening can now be sent back to you

Are you travelling with an item that is not permitted in your cabin baggage?

If the item can legally be sent by post, the Zen Control service allows you to have it delivered to your home instead of leaving it behind at the airport.

How does it work?

  1. During the trial phase, the service is available exclusively at the Priority Lane.
  2. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis by Genève Aéroport security staff, depending on the nature of the item and the applicable security, postal and customs requirements.
  3. If the item is accepted, it is placed in a secure Zen Control envelope and you will be given a reference number. After security screening, go to www.zen-control.com to register your request, enter your delivery address and make the payment.
    You have 15 days to complete these steps.
  4. Once your request has been validated and payment received, the item will be dispatched within two working days at the latest (D+2).

 

Prices:

  • Switzerland: CHF 19.–
  • Europe: CHF 29.–
  • Rest of the world: CHF 39.–

For certain European and international destinations, a Priority Plus option may be available for an additional CHF 5.–.
