Fly direct to Hamburg with easyJet

Photo de la ville d'Hambourg en Allemagne

easyJet announces the opening of a direct route to Hamburg from 3 September. Flights will take place on Thursdays and Sundays.

Hamburg is the second largest city in Germany. It is also home to the country's largest port, ranked as the third largest in Europe, and a true economic and cultural engine of the region.

Known for its cultural dynamism, the city offers a wide range of activities: theatre, cabaret, some of the most famous musicals in Germany, or a visit to one of the many museums. Lovers of walks will appreciate the banks of the Alster, which are very popular with locals and visitors alike.

Largely destroyed during the Second World War, Hamburg had to rebuild itself and today stands out for its bold and varied architecture. Among its gems is the Speicherstadt (pictured), the world's largest stilt warehouse complex and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its canals and red brick facades provide a unique setting, especially at sunset. Also not to be missed is the Elbphilharmonie, designed by the Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron. With its undulating silhouette set on an old warehouse, it is one of the most emblematic and visited sites in the city.

Finally, Hamburg is full of restaurants, bars and clubs that will delight night owls looking for a varied culinary and party scene.
