  • What is a VIP Pack ?

    The VIP Pack includes two exclusive services.
    Priority Lane: access the security check with priority, without standing in traditional lines.
    Swissport Horizon Lounge: relax in a quiet and comfortable environment before the departure of your flight. Enjoy the available newspapers, snacks and drinks.

    The VIP Pack is available for all flights and destinations (except for flights to France and flights departing from Terminal 2)

  • How do I get to the Swissport Horizon Lounge?

    After going through security, follow the signs to the Swissport Horizon Lounge, which is on the mezzanine level.

    When you get to reception, show your confirmation containing the bar code.
    Once it is validated, you can enter the Lounge. If validation fails (error in the date, bar code already used, etc.), you will unfortunately not be allowed to enter the Lounge and no refund will be given.

     

  • What are the opening hours of the Swissport Horizon Lounge?

    The Swissport Horizon Lounge is open from 06:00 to 21:30. Entrance to the Lounge is however accepted only until 21:00.

  • What are the VIP Pack booking deadlines?

    You may book a VIP Pack book up to the day before departure and a maximum of 12 months before this date. Therefore, you may not buy a Priority Lane for the day of departure and no exceptions are possible. 

  • I have a flight to France, can I book a VIP Pack?

    No, because access to the Swissport Horizon Lounge from the French sector is not possible. However, you can buy a Priority Lane.

  • My flight is departing from Terminal 2, can I book a VIP Pack?

    No, it is unfortunately not possible to book a VIP Pack departing from Terminal 2.

  • Is there a limit to how long one can stay in the Lounge?

    Once you have entered the Horizon Lounge, you can stay there for a maximum of three hours.

    We would however point out that once you have entered the Lounge, you are subject to the rules of Swissport, the Lounge operator. Swissport reserves the right to refuse a user any or all of its services should it deem that to be necessary (cf. product general terms and conditions).

  • If I do not show on the date booked, can a get a refund?

    No, no refund can be made.

  • If a flight is cancelled or there is a change of timetable, am I entitled to a refund?

    Purchasing entry to the Swissport Horizon Lounge is an separate service unrelated to the purchase of an air ticket from an airline, or even a travel agency. Since flight cancellations or timetable changes are entirely a matter for the airlines, lounge booking fees cannot be refunded.

    However, under the product terms and conditions, cancellation or amendment is possible up to midnight before expected entry to the Lounge, without charge.

  • Must I enter the Lounge exactly at the time booked?

    No, the time of your booking is indicative. You can present yourself at Horizon Lounge reception at any time during opening hours, on the date booked.

  • Can I amend or cancel my booking?

    Yes, you can amend or cancel your booking. You can do it until midnight before the expected date of entry to the Priority Lane and/or the Lounge, for an amendment charge of 50%. The booking cannot be amended after that time and no refund will be given.
