  • I had an account on the old website. Do I need to create a new account?

    No, your bookings and invoices have been imported!
    However, for security reasons, the password associated with your old account has been reset.
    To log in, click on “Forgotten password” to choose a new password. You will then be able to access your account.

  • Can I book other than online?

    No, bookings can be made only via the Genève Aéroport e-services booking system. No booking by telephone or on the spot.

  • What payment methods can I use?

    It is possible to pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PostFinance.

  • How do I save my credit card data?

    Some browsers can save our credit card details. You have the possibility to activate this option to simplify your purchases.

  • Why do I need to enter a code after filling in my credit card details?

    After filling in your credit card details, your bank asks you to authenticate the transaction. This is a security procedure. This service works especially for Visa and MasterCard.
    In most cases, it is a unique code sent by your bank via SMS, or via a notification on your smartphone. Once the code is validated, your reservation is confirmed.

    We invite you to contact your bank for any further information on this service.

  • I am an agency, company or intermediary; can I book on e-services for a passenger?

    In principle, e-services have been made for individual travellers who book their products themselves.
    When a profile is created, a “surname” and “first name” must be given that will always be linked to the e-mail address provided.

    However, in order to keep a neutral profile for your e-mail address, you can put your company’s activity in the “first name” field (e.g. "agency" or "company") and the name of the company or agency in the “surname” field.

    Note: the booking confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided; it is up to you to then forward it to the passenger concerned. It should be noted that only you, through your profile, can subsequently cancel/amend the booking in accordance with the stated conditions.

    First names and surnames are not checked at the time products are used.

  • Can my e-mail address be used to receive information from Genève Aéroport?

    Yes, but only if you tick the relevant box when creating your account. You can unsubscribe subsequently at any time directly from any of the e-mails sent by Genève Aéroport.

  • How do I delete my account?

    Log in to your account and click on “My Information” then on “Delete My Account”. Attention, the deletion of the account is irreversible. Your purchase history and associated invoices will be deleted.

    NB. Deleting the account is only possible if you have no future bookings.
