  • What is a ResaPark booking?

    The ResaPark is the official booking service of Genève Aéroport, which allows you to secure your parking space.
    To book a place, you must pay the booking fee online*. 
    You can book a place in one of the following three car parks:

    ResaPark Premium (P1)
    ResaPark P1 is located at level -2 of P1. Booking a place in this car park costs CHF 20. 

    ResaPark Economy (P26 and P51)
    ResaPark P26 is located at level -1 of P26.
    ResaPark P51 is located at level 6 of P51
    Booking a place in this car park costs CHF 10.

    *Booking fees are not deductible from the parking fee. You must pay the parking fee at the ticket machines when you recover your vehicle.

  • How much does a ResaPark parking space cost?

    To find out the cost of a ResaPark booking, you must enter the desired entry and exit dates. The total cost of parking is calculated on the results page.
    Booking fees need to be paid online, but parking fees need to be paid on site when you return.

     

     

  • How to pay the parking fees?

    Parking fees need to be paid on the day of your return with your parking ticket. You have several options:

    • At the automatic payment machines by inserting your parking ticket.
    • At the Car Park Control Centre
    • At the ticket machine located at the exit from the ResaPark by inserting your parking ticket

  • How to access the ResaPark area?

    ResaPark Premium (P1)
    Follow the “Parking longue durée P1” signs [Long-term Parking P1].
    At the entrance to P1, take a ticket.
    Once inside P1, follow the “ResaPark” signs to level -2.

    ResaPark Economy (P26)
    Follow the “Parking longue durée P26 (follow Arena)” signs.
    At the entrance to P26, take a ticket.
    Once inside P26, follow the “ResaPark” signs to level -1.

    ResaPark Economy (P51)
    Follow the “Parking longue durée P51” signs.
    At the entrance to P51, take a ticket.
    Once inside P51, go to level 6.

    At the entrance of the ResaPark, insert your ticket. Your licence plate will be automatically recognised. You can then collect your ticket and the barrier will open.

    • If your licence plate is not recognised, please insert the PIN code mentioned on your confirmation.
    • ​If the code does not work, please contact the parking control centre directly by pressing the call button

  • How to get out of the ResaPark area?

    To leave the ResaPark, please pay for your parking at the ticket machines, at the ticket machine located at the exit from the ResaPark or at the car park control centre.

  • I would like to change or cancel my ResaPark booking. How do I do this?

    You can change or cancel your ResaPark booking up to the day before the entry date (subject to availability).

    In case of amendment, please log in to your account and go to My Bookings. Choose the booking you wish to change and follow the procedure. A credit note equal to the amount of the original booking will be credited upon modification. Please finalise the modification by clicking on the "Pay" button, even if the amount of your basket is equal to 0 CHF. You will then receive your new booking.

    In case of cancellation, please log in to your account and go to My Bookings. Choose the reservation you wish to cancel, then follow the procedure indicated. The system will make a full refund to the credit card used to pay for the reservation.

  • Can I access my reserved parking space if the car park sign shows « full »?

    Yes, your reservation allows you to access it. ResaPark are reserved areas in our car parks. If the signs indicate that the car park is full, you can still access your parking space. Take a ticket at the parking entrance and head to the ResaPark area.

  • Do I have a time margin to enter or leave based on the times of my ResaPark booking?

    You can enter the ResaPark areas up to two hours before and four hours after your reserved entry time. Beyond this period, the booking is automatically cancelled and does not entitle you to any refund.
    You can leave the ResaPark areas up to four hours before and four hours after your reserved departure time.

    In the event of a late or early departure, beyond the margins, the amount of 20 CHF will be automatically added to the parking fee.
    NB: In view of the current situation, the penalty of 20 CHF is waived until further notice.

  • What are the opening hours of the ResaPark areas?

    ResaPark Premium (P1 level -2)

    Genève Aéroport’s P1 car park is open from 04:00 to 23:30. The closing time may change if flights are delayed.

    ResaPark Premium bookings can be made between 04:00 and 23:00.

    ResaPark Economy (P26 level -1, & P51, level 6)

    Genève Aéroport’s P26 and P51 car parks are open 24 hours a day.

    ResaPark Economy bookings can be made between 04:00 and 23:00.

    If your flight lands after 22:00, we advise you to select an exit time at 23:00. We remind you that you have an exit margin of +4 hours after the chosen exit time.

  • My flight was delayed and I had to pay an overstay penalty. How do I get a refund?

    The airline must respect its flight schedules. So, if your flight is delayed or cancelled, the airline must compensate you*.
    To obtain a refund of the penalty (and possibly other costs incurred by the delay or cancellation of the flight), please keep all your receipts and contact your airline for a refund.

    *except in exceptional circumstances (bad weather conditions or air traffic controllers strike). However, a strike by the airline’s personnel entitles you to claim compensation.

  • I can’t book a parking space. What can I do?

    ResaPark car parks are filling up very quickly. However, passengers may cancel their bookings and free some places. Please check our website from time to time.

    ResaPark car parks are reserved places in our car parks.
    For information, the P1 ResaPark has 480 spaces, the P26 ResaPark has 268 spaces and the P51 ResaPark has 305 spaces.

    Genève Aéroport car parks are therefore accessible without booking, subject to availability. Before your arrival, you can check the parking occupancy in real time and choose your car park according to the occupancy rate.

  • How do I change or extend my booking when my vehicle is already parked?

    It is no longer possible to change a booking if you have already parked your vehicle at the ResaPark.
    If you wish to extend your booking or reduce the parking time, no action is required. All you have to do is pay for your parking on the day of your return in order to leave the car park.
    ​
    Attention, a penalty for late or early departure will be applied if you leave the parking lot outside the exit margins.

  • What are the time limits for booking?

    ResaPark Premium (P1)
    It is possible to reserve your space at least three hours before the scheduled arrival, and up to twelve months in advance. The minimum parking period is six hours and cannot exceed 90 consecutive days.
    It is advisable to have a reservation period of two hours before and two hours after the actual hours of your flight schedules.

    ResaPark Economy (P26 & P51)
    It is possible to reserve your space up to the day before your scheduled flight and up to twelve months in advance. The minimum parking period is twelve hours and cannot exceed 90 consecutive days.
    It is advisable to have a reservation period of two hours before and two hours after the actual hours of your flight schedules.

  • If I do not show on the day of my ResaPark booking, am I entitled to a refund?

    No, the ResaPark fee is non-refundable.

    Your booking is guaranteed up to four hours after the expected entry time. After those four hours, your booking is cancelled automatically and does not entitle you to any refund.

  • What happens if I lose my ResaPark reservation ticket?

    If you notice it in advance, please go to your client account, on which you made your booking. You will then be able to download it.

    If you only notice it on site, in front of the access point, please contact the parking control centre using the intercom located on the entrance terminal, which, based on the details of your reservation, will be able to open the barrier for you.

  • I have lost my parking receipt or my parking ticket, what can I do?

    If you have lost your parking receipt, please contact the parking customer service and ask for a duplicate.
    In order for this request to be carried out, please provide the following details:
    - your vehicle registration number
    - booking start date and time
    - booking end date and time
     
     If you lose your parking ticket, please go to the parking control centre.

  • In case of cancellation or change of schedule of a flight, am I entitled to a refund of my ResaPark booking fees?

    The reservation of a ResaPark parking space is a service independent from the purchase of a plane ticket from an airline or a travel agency.
    As cancellation or change of flight schedule are the exclusive responsibility of the airlines, ResaPark booking fees cannot be refunded.

  • The registration number that I gave when I booked is not the one that I will be using in the end. Does that cause a problem?

    No, that does not cause a problem. Where that happens, you can in fact use your PIN code.

    You should know, however, that you can always amend the registration number of the car with which you will be arriving up to four hours before the entry time booked at no additional charge, by connecting to your e-services account.

  • Can I change a ResaPark Economy booking to Premium and vice-versa?

    Yes, you can amend your ResaPark booking, subject to conditions and availability. A charge will be made.
