  • What is a Priority Lane?

The Priority Lane is a pass to skip the line at the security check. You access the security check directly without having to join the usual queue.

  • How much does it cost to use Priority Lane?

Using Priority Lane costs 10 CHF.

  • How do I get to the Priority Lane?

After checking in, go to the security check on the Departure level.
When you arrive at the security check, you will find two Priority Lane terminals. Scan your bar code and the barrier will open. You will then arrive directly at the security check. Once scanned, Priority Lane is no longer valid.

In case of an error in the date, access to Priority Lane will be refused and no refund will be made.

  • Can I purchase a Priority Lane the day of the departure?

No. You may book a Priority Lane up to the day before departure and a maximum of 12 months before this date. Therefore, you may not buy a Priority Lane on the day of departure, and no exceptions are possible.

  • Must I go through the channel exactly at the time booked?

No, the time of your booking is indicative.

You can go to the Priority Lane channel at any time during opening hours, on the date booked.

  • I have a flight to France, can I book a Priority Lane?

Yes, there is a Priority Lane in the France sector

  • My flight is departing from Terminal 2, can I buy a Priority Lane ticket?

No, it is unfortunately not possible to buy a Priority Lane ticket if your flight is departing from Terminal 2.
Please note that Terminal 2 is only used for Charter flights during the winter season. All other flights depart from Terminal 1.

  • Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can change or cancel your reservation free of charge from your account. You can do this until midnight before the scheduled Priority Lane entry date. Beyond this period, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the reservation and no refund is possible.

  • If a flight is cancelled or there is a change of timetable, am I entitled to a refund?

The purchase of a Priority Lane pass is a separate service that is independent of the purchase of an airline ticket from an airline or a travel agency. In the event of a flight cancellation or a change of schedule, your order cannot be refunded by Genève Aéroport. This is because a cancellation or a change of schedule depends solely on the airline.

We remind you that it is possible to change or cancel your Priority Lane order free of charge until midnight on the day before departure by logging into your online account.

  • What are the opening hours of the Priority Lane?

You can use the Priority Lane channel from 04:00 to 22:00.

The time at which the channel opens may however change if flights are delayed.

  • I am travelling with a child and wish to book the Priority Lane. Is it free for my child?

If your child is under two years old, the passage through Priority Lane is free for them. Hold them in your arms and go through together.

If your child is over two years old, they must also have a ticket.

  • What happens if I lose my reservation ticket?

You can download your PDF ticket by logging into your client account. If you still cannot find it, please contact us by clicking on the « Write to us » section.

  • If I do not show on the date booked, can a get a refund?
