Your application must include an up‑to‑date CV, a cover letter, copies of your diplomas and training certificates, as well as your employment certificates or professional references. Make sure the most relevant information for the position is clearly presented so your application is easy to read and understand.

When you apply through our recruitment platform, you automatically receive an acknowledgment e‑mail confirming that your application has been successfully registered. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Yes, you can modify your application as long as its status shows “XXX”. Once this stage has passed, no further changes or additions will be possible.

If you applied through our recruitment platform, you can withdraw your application directly from your candidate account. In the “My Applications” section, select the relevant application and click “Withdraw my application”.

Every year between November and December, we publish our apprenticeship opportunities for the following academic year on our recruitment platform and on the website orientation.ch.

All internship opportunities are published on our recruitment platform and on the websites of the relevant schools. We do not accept unsolicited internship applications.

Yes. Any change of employer requires a new, complete CIA application through our Airport Pass Office.

To work at Geneva Airport, obtaining an Airport Identity Card (CIA) is mandatory as part of the recruitment process (see the section on the recruitment process). You must therefore hold a valid identity document and, where applicable, a Swiss work or residence permit.
