We exchange to get to know each other. We discuss your background, skills and motivations.

Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete tests, take part in a practical exercise, or go through an assessment.

4. Decision and Offer
Each candidate receives an answer. If it is positive, we will send you a clear offer with the conditions of commitment.

5. Formalities
The airport is a secure site. To work there, you must obtain medical clearance and an airport ID card (which includes a criminal record check). Once these steps are completed, the contract can be signed.

6. Integration
When you arrive, an integration process awaits you to discover your new workplace.
An integration course in the field
Our new employees take part in an immersive welcome journey during their first months with the company.
Gradually, they are discovering the airport environment while having already taken their marks in their team.
Tarmac tour, behind-the-scenes tour of the airport, exchanges with other departments, quizzes, treasure hunts: our program offers a cross‑functional, human, and hands‑on understanding of how we operate.
Training with us
We are committed to the professional integration of young people.
- We welcome long-term interns. They can thus perfect their professional experience.
- We train apprentices with EFZ qualifications in the technical and tertiary sectors (steel construction, electricity, IT and commercial employees)
