Priority Lane allows priority access to security check without standing in traditional lines. This service is available for all flights and destinations*!
*except Charter flights departing from Terminal 2
- I buy a single ticket or a Priority Lane subscription
- I have the option of adding my single ticket or my subscription in the Wallet application on my smartphone.
- I scan my ticket at the Priority Lane terminal and I have priority access to security control.
- I take advantage of the time available to explore the shops or go directly to the boarding lounge.
Costs and use
The single Priority Lane ticket is sold for 10 CHF.
The Priority Lane ticket is not nominative and the time shown on the ticket is indicative. The ticket is valid for the entire day of the intended use.
Priority Lane is free for children under six years old. It is not necessary to buy them a ticket. Take the child in your arms and go through together. From the age of six years old, each user must be in possession of a valid ticket.
The purchase of a Priority Lane ticket is possible, at the latest, until the day before your departure.
Subscription packages are available to use the Priority Lane for 3, 6 or 12 months.
Subscriptions are personal and nominative.
A timeout is activated from the moment the subscription is scanned for the first time. This then becomes unusable for several hours.
Random identity checks may be carried out at the security control. Make sure you enter the first and last name of the subscription holder correctly.
In the event of intensive use during the same day, a notification will be sent to the holder of the subscription.
The purchase of a subscription is possible, at the latest, until the day before your departure
Modification and cancellation
You can modify or cancel your Priority Lane single ticket free of charge until the day before it is due to be used. After this period, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify your reservation.
In case of modification, please log into your account, then go to the « My purchases » section. Choose the reservation to be modified, then follow the indicated procedure. A credit equal to the amount of the initial reservation will be credited when the modification is made. Please finalise the modification by clicking on the « Pay » button, even if the amount of your basket is equal to 0 CHF. You will then receive your amended reservation.
In case of cancellation, please log into your account, then go to the « My purchases » section. Choose the reservation to be cancelled, then follow the indicated procedure. The system will issue a full refund to the bank card used to pay for the reservation.
