Subscription to E-commerce products constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website published on the website www.gva.ch as well as these General Terms and Conditions.

Chapter I.      Conditions applicable to all Products

The following rules are applicable to all products:

Article 1 - Refusal of Subscription

  1. Genève Aéroport reserves the right to refuse subscription to the products subject to these General Terms and Conditions in case of communication of incorrect or incomplete data, or invalidity or non-acceptance of the credit card used.

Article 2 - Suspension or cancellation

  1. Genève Aéroport reserves the right to suspend or cancel the validity of the product purchased in case of, in particular, fraudulent use, misuse or non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions

Article 3 - protection of Personal Data

  1. Information and personal data provided by users are processed and secured by Genève Aéroport in compliance with the provisions laid out in Geneva law regarding public information, access to documents and the protection of personal data (please see « LIPAD » below), as well as any other applicable provisions.
  2. Genève Aéroport only uses users’ personal data for statistical and usage purposes, to monitor the performance of a media channel, to verify that general conditions have been correctly applied, to send information and/or incentives for the use of current or future services at Genève Aéroport.
  3. Furthermore, the aforementioned data will not be distributed to third parties, excluding the exceptions laid out in LIPAD.
  4. Certain pieces of personal data are collected, explicitly, online when internet users register, enabling them to access certain services at Genève Aéroport. Registration gives Genève Aéroport the opportunity to collect user information including name, surname, postal address, email address, telephone number, mobile number and fax number. Genève Aéroport reserves the right to record the data of any person sending an email to an employee of Genève Aéroport or to anyone working with the website to be able to respond or follow-up their request.
  5. Any person concerned about the processing of their personal data can assert their right to access, request that the data be deleted or make any other request by writing to the following email address: eservices [a t] gva [.] ch.

Article 4 - Protection of Bank Data

  1. The online payment of any e-commerce products purchased from Genève Aéroport is made through a secure credit card payment system.
  2. All information collected during the remote payment transaction is immediately encrypted and stored on the secure payment server of our payment services provider.
  3. The information collected during the remote payment transaction will be used or transferred only in the context of the purchase of the services offered.
  4. The credit cards accepted by Genève Aéroport for payments are: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Article 5 - Disclaimer of Liability

  1. Genève Aéroport disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damage caused by the non-performance or improper performance of the services offered, in particular in case of technical and IT downtime, force majeure, or due to general operating reasons and/or maintenance of order at the airport.
  2. Genève Aéroport disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damage caused by misuse of personal data, in particular in cases of fraudulent use and/or misuse thereof by an unauthorised third party.
  3. Genève Aéroport disclaims any liability for damage caused to vehicles or theft of all or any part thereof, as well as any objects placed in or on vehicles.

Article 6 - Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

  1. In case of any dispute concerning the above-mentioned services offered, users accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, subject to the reservation of appeal to the Federal Court, acting in accordance with Swiss law.

Article 7 -  Official version of the General Conditions of Use

  1. The French version of the general conditions of use of « e-services » is the only official version and shall prevail over any other languages.
   
Chapter II.     « ResaPark » Products  

ResaPark Premium (p1)

Article 8 - Rates

  1. The purchase of the ResaPark Premium product is charged at the rates in force at the time of booking.
  2. Booking fees for the ResaPark Premium Product, regardless of the chosen parking reservation period, must be paid directly by credit card, through the booking system
  3. The parking fees charged are the Car Park P1 rates in force at the time of parking.
  4. The parking fees may be paid at the payment machines, at the parking control centre or at the ResaPark exit barrier.

Article 9 - Booking

  1. A parking reservation can be booked between twelve months and up to three hours prior to the chosen period.
  2. A parking reservation is limited to two motor vehicles.
  3. A parking reservation is limited to two travel dates.
  4. A parking reservation may not exceed 90 consecutive days.
  5. The minimum parking time is six consecutive hours.

Article 10 - Modifying reservations

  1. Reservations can be modified until midnight the day before the entrance date. Up to 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted for modifications. Changing the reservation is therefore free of charge.
  2. Beyond that time limit (i.e. the day of entry), it is not possible to change the parking reservation and no refund will be made.

Article 11 - Cancellation of PARKING RESERVATION

  1. A cancellation of parking reservation is possible up to midnight the day before the booked entry day. It is specified that, in such cases, a refund of 100% of the booking fee will be credited directly to the credit card used.
  2. Beyond that time limit (i.e. the day of entry), it is not possible to change the parking reservation and no refund will be made.

Article 12 - Failure to appear at Car Park P1

  1. The parking reservation is guaranteed up to four hours after the estimated entry time.
  2. Beyond that time limit, the parking reservation will be cancelled and will not give any entitlement to a refund.

Article 13 - Entry into Car Park P1

  1. The arrival time must match the entry time specified on the booking.
  2. Access to the reserved parking space is guaranteed at no additional cost from two hours before and up to four hours after the estimated entry time.
  3. Beyond this time limit, the parking reservation will be cancelled and will not give any entitlement to a refund.

Article 14 - Exit from Car Park P1

  1. The leaving time must match the exit time specified on the booking.
  2. Exit from Car Park P1 is guaranteed at no additional cost: between four hours before and up to four hours after the scheduled exit time.
  3. In case of exit more than four hours "before", the sum of 20 CHF will be charged to the credit card as an additional fee.
  4. In case of exit more than four hours "after", the sum of 20 CHF for each 24 hours period running from the scheduled exit time will be charged to the credit card as an additional fee.
  5. The above amounts could be paid at the payment machine, at the car park control centre or at the ResaPark exit barrier.

ResaPark Economy (P26 & P51)

Article 15 - RATES

  1. The purchase of the ResaPark Economy product is charged at the rates in force at the time of booking.
  2. The ResaPark Economy Product booking fee, regardless of the chosen parking reservation period, is paid directly by credit card, through the booking.
  3. The parking fees are those of the Car Park P26 or P51 in force at the time of parking.
  4. The parking fees may be paid at the payment machines, at the parking control centre or at the ResaPark exit barrier.

Article 16 - Booking

  1. A parking reservation can be booked between twelve months and up to midnight the day before the chosen entry date.
  2. A parking reservation is limited to one vehicle.
  3. A parking reservation is limited to one travel date.
  4. Bookings must be made ​​for at least 12 hours and may not exceed 90 consecutive days.

Article 17 - Modifying reservations

  1. Reservations can be modified until midnight the day before the entrance date. Up to 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted for modifications. Changing the reservation is therefore free of charge.
  2. Beyond that time limit (i.e. the day of entry), it is not possible to change the parking reservation and no refund will be made.

Article 18 - Cancellation of Parking Reservation

  1. A cancellation of parking reservation is possible up to midnight the day before the booked entry day. It is specified that, in such cases, a refund of 100% of the booking fee will be credited directly to the credit card used.

Article 19 - No shows at car parks P26 and P51

  1. Reservation is guaranteed up to four hours after the entrance time.
  2. After this time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and will not be refunded.

Article 20 - Entry into Car Park P26 or P51

  1. The arrival time must match the entry time specified on the booking.
  2. Access to the parking space is guaranteed, at no additional cost from two hours before and up to four hours after the scheduled time of entry.
  3. Beyond that time, the parking reservation will be cancelled automatically and will give no entitlement to any refund.

Article 21 - Exit Car Park P26 or P51

  1. The leaving time must match the exit time specified on the booking.
  2. Exit from Car Park P26 or P51 is guaranteed at no additional cost: between four hours before and up to four hours after the scheduled exit time.
  3. In case of leaving the car park more than four hours "before", the sum of 20 CHF will automatically be added to the parking fee as an additional charge.
  4. In case of leaving the car park more than 4 hours "after", the sum of 20 CHF will automatically be added to the parking fee as an additional charge.
  5. The above amounts could be paid at the payment machine, at the car park control centre or at the ResaPark exit barrier.
 

Chapter III.    « Priority Lane » Product

Article 22 - Rates

  1. The purchase of the "Priority Lane" product is charged at the rate in force at the time of booking.

Article 23 - Reservation

  1. Reservations can be made from twelve months up to midnight the day before the travel date.
  2. Users can reserve for up to ten people per reservation.
  3. Reservation is limited to one or several travel dates.
  4. The entrance time chosen by the user, and shown on their reservation, is for information purposes only. The user can use their reservation at any time on the day shown on their reservation.
  5. In exceptional circumstances, if the user needs to pass through security for a second time, they can use the Priority Lane fifteen minutes after they passed through security the first time. The reservation is not valid after the second use of the Priority Lane.

Article 24 – Modifying reservations

  1. Reservations can be modified until midnight the day before the entrance date. Up to 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted for modifications. Changing the reservation is therefore free of charge.
  2. After this time (i.e. the day of travel), reservations cannot be modified and no refund will be given. 

Article 25 - Cancellation of Booking

  1. A cancellation of booking is possible up to midnight the day before the booked date of use. It is specified that, in such cases, a refund of 100% of the booking fee will be credited directly to the credit card used.
 

Chapter IV.   « VIP PACK » Product 

Article 26 - Rates

  1. The purchase of the "VIP Pack" product is charged at the rates in force at the time of booking.

Article 27 - Booking

  1. A booking may be made between twelve months and up to midnight the day before the scheduled date of use.
  2. A user may make purchases for up to 10 people per booking.
  3. A booking is limited to one travel date only.
  4. The entry time chosen by the user and indicated on the booking is indicative only. The user may use the booking at any time of the day indicated on the booking.
  5. Booking the lounge gives entitlement to one entry only. If the user leaves the lounge, only the staff actually present is authorised to allow a new entry into the lounge.

Article 28 - Modifying reservations

  1. Reservations can be modified until midnight the day before the entrance date. Up to 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted for modifications. Changing the reservation is therefore free of charge.
  2. After this time (i.e. the day of travel), reservations cannot be modified and no refund will be given. 

Article 29 - Cancellation of Booking

  1. A cancellation of booking is possible up to midnight the day before the booked date of use. It is specified that, in such cases, a refund of 100% of the booking fee will be credited directly to the credit card used.

Article 30 - User's Obligations

  1. The user is required to provide to the lounge operator any information and documents that the latter may consider necessary for the performance of its mission. This information includes, in particular, the names and surnames of the passengers, the airline and the flight number on departure or arrival.
  2. The user is subject to all the usual rights relating to air transport and to the obligations, regulations and law of the carrier, of Genève Aéroport and of the countries of departure, destination and overflight. This applies, in particular, to the conditions relating to passage through customs and travel documents.

Article 31 - Reserved Right of Access to the Lounge

  1. Genève Aéroport authorises the lounge operator to refuse all or part of its services to users:
    1. Who are intoxicated;
    2. Whose attitude towards other users or staff or whose appearance may disturb the occupants of the lounge;
    3. Who enter the lounge accompanied by a number of people greater than that indicated on the booking;
    4. In case of over-occupancy of the lounge.
