  • What is a VIP Pack ?

    The VIP Pack offers you a premium travel experience at Geneva Airport with two exclusive services:

    1. Priority Lane: Bypass queues and gain priority access to security checks.
    2. Exclusive Lounge Access: Before your flight's departure, relax in one of our four lounges, enjoying comfortable seating, free WiFi, newspapers, and a selection of snacks and beverages.
    The VIP Pack grants you access to one of the four lounges:
    • Swissport Horizon Lounge: Centrally located within the terminal, it provides a relaxing atmosphere with a wide range of refreshments.
    • Marhaba Lounge: A warm ambiance with a view of the tarmac and a diverse digital press offering.
    • Crystal Aspire Lounge (East Wing - Zone C): A luxurious lounge with calm working spaces and a diverse buffet.
    • Marhaba Lounge (East Wing - Zone C): A serene and elegant space with top-tier services.
    By choosing the VIP Pack, you transform your waiting time at the airport into a moment of relaxation and comfort. This pack is available for all flights and destinations (except flights to France and charter flights departing from Terminal 2 during the winter season).

  • How to access the lounges with the VIP Pack?

    After passing through security, follow the signs leading to the lounges. Two lounges, the Swissport Horizon Lounge and the Marhaba Lounge by DNATA, are located on the mezzanine level. The other two are situated in the East Wing, accessible only if your boarding gate is in Zone C, dedicated to intercontinental flights and certain flights to the UK.

    At the entrance of the chosen lounge, present your confirmation with the barcode. If validated, access is granted. However, please note that the VIP Pack entitles you to access only one lounge. In case of an error (incorrect date, code already used...), entry will be denied and no refund will be provided. Additionally, any exit from the lounge is final.

  • What are the opening hours of the lounges?

    Mezzanine Lounges:

    • Horizon Lounge (Swissport Horizon Lounge)

      • Open every day of the week: 06:00 - 20:30
    • Marhaba Lounge

      • Open every day of the week: 06:30 - 20:00

    East Wing Lounges (Access possible only if your boarding gate is in Zone C, for intercontinental flights or certain flights to the UK):

    • Crystal Aspire Lounge (Swissport Aspire - East Wing Zone C)

      • Open every day of the week: 07:00 - 18:00
    • Marhaba Lounge (East Wing - Zone C)

      • Monday to Friday: 12:00 - 15:30
      • Wednesday & Friday: 19:45 - 22:30
      • Saturday & Sunday: 19:00 - 21:00

  • What are the VIP Pack booking deadlines?

    You may book a VIP Pack book up to the day before departure and a maximum of 12 months before this date. Therefore, you may not buy a Priority Lane for the day of departure and no exceptions are possible. 

  • I have a flight to France, can I book a VIP Pack?

    No, because access to the Swissport Horizon Lounge from the French sector is not possible. However, you can buy a Priority Lane.

  • My flight is departing from Terminal 2, can I book a VIP Pack?

    No, it is unfortunately not possible to book a VIP Pack departing from Terminal 2.

  • Is there a time limit for staying in the lounges?

    Once you enter one of the lounges, you can stay for a maximum of three hours.

    However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that once inside, you are subject to the regulations of the lounge operators. The operators reserve the right to refuse all or part of their services to the user if they deem it necessary (see general product conditions).

  • If I do not show on the date booked, can a get a refund?

    No, no refund can be made.

  • If a flight is cancelled or there is a change of timetable, am I entitled to a refund?

    Purchasing entry to the Swissport Horizon Lounge is an separate service unrelated to the purchase of an air ticket from an airline, or even a travel agency. Since flight cancellations or timetable changes are entirely a matter for the airlines, lounge booking fees cannot be refunded.

    However, under the product terms and conditions, cancellation or amendment is possible up to midnight before expected entry to the Lounge, without charge.

  • Must I enter the Lounge at the exact time of my reservation?

    It is advisable to arrive at the lounge around the time specified during your reservation. This ensures smooth access and minimises waiting time, guaranteeing an optimal experience.

  • Can I amend or cancel my booking?

    Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until the day before the intended use of the service. After this period, no refunds are possible. If the service is not used due to a flight cancellation, please contact customer service.
