Terms and Conditions of Sale
The services offered by Genève Aéroport on its website are available at: www.gva.ch/eservices.
Subscribing to these Services implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs"), the Website Terms of Use available at www.gva.ch, and the Privacy Policy. Genève Aéroport reserves the right to modify, supplement, or delete all or part of these T&Cs at any time.
The T&Cs establish the terms and conditions applicable to the Services as follows:

Chapter I. Common Provisions
The rules described below apply to all Services.
ARTICLE 1 - REFUSAL OF SUBSCRIPTION
Genève Aéroport reserves the right to refuse a subscription, without compensation, for products covered by these T&Cs in the event of incorrect or incomplete data, or if the bank card is invalid or declined.
ARTICLE 2 - PROHIBITION OF RESALE
Commercial resale of products provided for in these T&Cs is strictly prohibited without prior agreement from Genève Aéroport. Violation of this article may lead to the cancellation of the products purchased and the closure of the relevant accounts.
ARTICLE 3 - SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION
Genève Aéroport reserves the right to suspend or cancel the validity of a purchased product without compensation, particularly in the event of fraudulent, abusive use, or use that does not comply with these T&Cs.
ARTICLE 4 - PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING
Genève Aéroport collects and uses personal data to the extent necessary to provide the Services. The framework for data processing is detailed in the Data Protection Statement.
ARTICLE 5 - BANKING DATA PROTECTION
Online payment for Genève Aéroport Services is carried out via the secure "La Poste Checkout" card payment system. All information collected during the remote payment transaction is immediately encrypted and recorded on the secure payment server of our payment service provider. This information will only be used or transmitted for the purpose of the purchase.
Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, TWINT, and PostFinance. The secure service allows the buyer to pay in the currency of their card or in Swiss Francs (CHF).
ARTICLE 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Genève Aéroport takes great care to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on the website. However, it cannot assume liability for the timeliness, completeness, accuracy, or reliability of this information.
Genève Aéroport declines all liability for material or non-material damage resulting from access to, use of, or inability to use the published information, or from technical failures. It also declines liability for the unavailability of Services due to maintenance, security breaches, or operational reasons beyond its control.
Genève Aéroport is not liable for damage to users' vehicles, theft of vehicles, or theft of items left inside or on vehicles.
ARTICLE 7 - JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
Any dispute related to the subscription and/or use of the Services is subject to Swiss law, excluding conflict of law rules, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
ARTICLE 8 - OFFICIAL VERSION
The French version of these General Terms and Conditions of Use for "e-services" products is the sole authentic version.
Chapter II. "ResaPark" Service
RESAPARK PREMIUM (P1)
ARTICLE 9 - RATES
ResaPark Premium is charged at the rate in effect at the time of booking. Booking fees must be paid by credit card via the booking system. Parking costs are those of the P1 car park in effect at the time of parking and must be settled upon exit (at payment machines, the car park control centre, or the ResaPark exit barrier).
ARTICLE 10 - BOOKING
Bookings can be made between twelve months and two hours before the scheduled entry date. A booking is limited to two motor vehicles, two different travel dates, and cannot exceed 90 consecutive days. The minimum stay is six consecutive hours.
ARTICLE 11 - BOOKING MODIFICATION
Free modification is possible until midnight on the day before the scheduled entry date. After this deadline, the booking cannot be modified, and no refund will be issued.
ARTICLE 12 - CANCELLATION
Free cancellation is possible until midnight on the day before the scheduled entry date, with a 100% refund to the card used.
ARTICLE 13 - NO-SHOW (P1)
The booking is guaranteed for up to four hours after the scheduled entry time. Beyond this period, it is automatically cancelled without refund.
ARTICLE 14 - ENTRY (P1 RESAPARK)
Entry is guaranteed without additional fees from two hours before until four hours after the scheduled entry time. If a vehicle enters the ResaPark P1 zone then leaves to park elsewhere, Genève Aéroport reserves the right to apply a penalty of 20% of the parking value.
ARTICLE 15 - EXIT (P1 RESAPARK)
Exit is guaranteed without additional fees from four hours before until four hours after the scheduled exit time. Outside these times, a CHF 20 surcharge will be added.
RESAPARK ECONOMY (P26 & P51)
(Articles 16 to 22 follow the same principles as Premium, adapted for P26/P51: minimum booking duration of 24 hours and minimum stay of 12 hours. Cancellations and modifications remain free until midnight the day before.)
Chapter III. "Priority Lane" Service
ARTICLE 24 - BOOKING
Bookings can be made from twelve months up to two hours before use. A user may book for themselves or for up to ten passengers. The time indicated is for guidance only; the booking is valid for the entire day. A second passage is permitted only if the user is forced to clear security again, provided there is a 15-minute gap between scans.
ARTICLE 27 - "PRIORITY LANE" SUBSCRIPTION
Subscriptions are available for 3, 6, or 12 months. They become effective the day after purchase (after midnight) and are strictly personal (non-transferable).
Usage limits: Maximum 3 uses per 24 hours; 10-minute wait between scans. If not reused within an hour of the first or second scan, the subscription becomes unusable for a 4-hour period.
Terms: Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-modifiable.
ARTICLE 28 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN
Priority Lane is free for children under 2 years old (no ticket required). From age 2, a separate booking is required.
Chapter IV. VIP Pack
ARTICLE 30 - BOOKING
Bookings can be made up to midnight the day before the visit. Valid for up to ten people. The service is available for all flights except those departing from Terminal 2 or destinations in France.
ARTICLE 31 & 32 - MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
Free modification (via a 100% credit note) or cancellation (100% refund) is possible until midnight the day before the scheduled visit.
ARTICLE 34 - RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCESS
The Lounge operator may refuse access to users who are intoxicated, whose attitude or appearance may disturb others, or if the number of people exceeds the booking.
ARTICLE 35 - LOUNGE ACCESS CONDITIONS
Purchasing a VIP Pack implies acceptance of the terms of the specific lounge (Swissport or DNATA). Access is restricted to one single lounge. Once entry is validated at the chosen lounge, access to others is blocked.
