Since 1 March 2026, a parking sticker must be affixed to any two-wheeler parked in these designated parking areas.

Dedicated parking areas are available for employees working on the airport platform.

The parking permit sticker is provided free of charge for 2026. An assessment will be carried out this autumn to determine the arrangements that will apply from 2027 onwards, including any applicable fees.

Previously, there were no regulations governing parking for motorized two-wheelers. These parking areas were free of charge, offered unlimited parking, and there was no enforcement. Employees and passengers shared the same parking facilities.

As a result:

• Parking areas were used in an unregulated manner, creating safety and traffic issues.
• Parking facilities became overcrowded due to long-term parked vehicles and abandoned two-wheelers.

The new regulations aim to:

• Increase the share of sustainable transport among airport users (2030 targets: 58% for passengers and 44% for employees).
• Free up parking capacity for employees working on the airport platform.
• Provide a higher quality of service.
• Ensure user satisfaction.
• Enhance safety across the airport platform.
