The new Genève Aéroport website: your personalised travel companion

Genève Aéroport is launching its new website, which has been completely redesigned to offer our passengers a smoother, more personalised and useful experience. With innovative features and real-time information, this platform is set to become a true travel companion.

“With this complete overhaul, we aim to adapt to the changes brought about by artificial intelligence and passengers’ evolving expectations,” explains Emilie Wecxsteen-Leurent, Head of Marketing. The website has therefore been designed to make information more accessible, with a clearer, more inspiring and user-friendly interface for every type of user.

 

A simplified journey

The homepage features a clean design and intuitive navigation, with a mobile-first approach. A permanently accessible search bar keeps the most sought-after services within easy reach.

 

Personalised content

At the heart of this redesign is personalised content. By entering their flight details, passengers now receive tailored support throughout their journey. A personal assistant provides key information, such as the recommended arrival time, the best transport options for getting to the airport, real-time flight tracking, the boarding gate with the estimated walking time, or dining options along the way.  

 

Real-time information

A new feature allows passengers to make the most of their time at the airport thanks to continuously updated information. By entering their destination or flight number, they can check parking availability, waiting times at security, and how busy the main terminal is. Flight updates via Messenger or WhatsApp is available to help passengers make the most of the services on offer. The aim is to reduce waiting times and minimise stress, creating a smoother and more relaxed airport experience.

 

E-commerce platform 

Online services has been revamped with a personal dashboard that centralises passengers’ bookings and preferences. The priority-lane service has also been optimised: it can be booked up to two hours before the flight and is integrated into the boarding pass.

Travel assistance

The website also features an enhanced travel section offering general and tourism information about destinations, as well as an interactive “Travel Map” displaying direct destinations from Geneva.
