The restaurant Le Chef
is committed to Sustainable Development and joins the Challenge Month
, which will take place until 9 June.
This project is carried out in collaboration with Genève Aéroport and the Cantonal Department of Sustainable Development.
The aim of this action is to reduce the restaurant’s carbon footprint
and to raise clients’ awareness on the socio-environmental impacts and the good behaviours to be adopted in their daily lives.
Throughout the duration of the Challenge Month, the restaurant Le Chef offers a vegetarian dish on the weekly menu
, in addition to the dishes included in the à la carte
