From September 2nd, passengers will be able to receive a lot of information via 0848 19 20 20, which will be available 24 hours a day.
The new, partially automated service 0848 19 20 20 will provide quick and targeted responses in French, English and German to any passenger questions regarding flights departing or arriving from Geneva, baggage and travel formalities, access to the airport, shops, car parks and restaurants. The callers will be redirected to their airline, to the website www.gva.ch or to the GVApp application. For the most complex questions, a personalised answer will be provided to the caller at any time of day and night, 7 days a week (0.08 CHF/minute on the fixed network).
The Genève Aéroport reception will also have a new number, which will only be communicated to the professional partners, the airport authorities and the suppliers linked to Genève Aéroport as a company.
