New non-stop flight from Geneva to Warsaw


LOT POLISH AIRLINES and Geneva International Airport announce the launch of a new service between Geneva and Warsaw starting 26 October 2003. This route has been discontinued by Swiss International Airline in September 2003.

The flight will be operated by a new Embraer ERJ-145 , 48-seater aircraft. The LOT fleet is one of the world’s youngest fleet with an average of 4,7 years.

On October 26, LOT will become a full member Star Alliance.

This direct flight from Geneva will allow excellent connection to all destinations within Poland like Gdansk, Poznan, Wroclaw, Katowice, Krakow, and others.

From Warsaw LOT offers a wide range of connection to Eastern and North European destinations. The present network of LOT Polish Airlines covers 45 cities in Europe and beyond. LOT has been the first carrier receiving landing rights for Basra in Iraq.
