During the winter season, easyJet will operate two weekly flights from Geneva to Venice from 30 October.
easyJet, Switzerland's second largest airline, is expanding its flight programme from Geneva with a new seasonal route to northern Italy.
Travellers will be able to reach Venice by direct flight this winter. The city offers an exciting journey back in time to a bygone world of doges, noblemen and sailors. Considered one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Venice enjoys a unique atmosphere in winter that could almost be described as mystical, thanks in part to the carnival that takes place in February. But Venice is also a city for art and culture lovers, for lovers of Italian cuisine and for romantics.
And for those wondering about the different travel policies in force, the airline has launched the Covid-19 information portal, an intuitive service available on easyjet.com which lists the different rules and obligations in the countries served by the airline.
easyJet's flights are operated in accordance with the most stringent health protocols. These measures have been implemented after consultation with the ICAO and EASA aviation authorities and in agreement with the relevant national authorities.
easyJet is the only airline in Switzerland to offset the carbon emissions of all its flights.
