«Take Off» magazine - winter 2020-2021

13.11.2020

A reference in the world of travel in French-speaking Switzerland, Take Off by Genève Aéroport is aimed at all types of travellers, inviting you to discover, to escape and above all... to desire to travel.

This new edition of Take Off by Genève Aéroport magazine, produced and published during this particular period of Covid-19, pursues its ambition to make you discover destinations in principle served by direct flights from GVA or in connection through major airport hubs.

Highlighted on the cover and detailed in a special article, the destination of Amsterdam and its many assets and canals, symbolizes, given the current situation and continuous changes (health policy, quarantine on return, prior or on-site tests, etc.) European or nearby destinations more or less easily accessible for an extended weekend, or even longer.

On the long-haul network, you will see the air service to East Africa offered by Ethiopian Airlines which has maintained its direct flight to Addis Ababa throughout this complicated period for air transport and tourism as a whole.

Beyond destinations presented in this edition, which information on flights, frequencies, access and return conditions are to be verified, you will see a somehow nostalgic reference to the 100 years of existence of Geneva’s airport platform, Switzerland's first international airport.

Genève Aéroport… The desire to travel despite everything!
