Airports Council International (ACI) World has launched a smartphone app providing passengers with information on the health measures in force at various airports around the world. Genève Aéroport is included in this tool for passengers.
The Christmas holidays will be an opportunity for some to travel. With this in mind, the new Check & Fly app, launched by Airports Council International (ACI), may prove useful. The app allows travellers to consult the health measures in place at the airports they are using, so they can prepare for their trip with greater peace of mind. The Check & Fly app is currently available via the Apple App Store.
The app complements ACI's Airport Health Accreditation Programme. This programme assesses the health measures put in place by airports according to recommendations made by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and best practices in the sector. This accreditation, obtained by Genève Aéroport on 8 October 2020, also aims to strengthen passenger trust by guaranteeing a solid health protocol.
