easyJet is enhancing its offerings to Morocco and London from Geneva Airport. Starting October 31, 2023, the airline will provide flights between Geneva and Rabat twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, year-round. Furthermore, from December 16, 2023, travelers can take advantage of flights between Geneva and London Stansted twice a week, exclusively for the winter season, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
The new route between Geneva and Rabat enhances the offering to Morocco. By adding Rabat to its existing Moroccan destinations, Marrakech and Agadir, easyJet provides Swiss travelers with easier and more convenient access to the cultural and tourist wonders of Morocco. Around Rabat, travelers can explore the historic medina of the city, visit the mausoleum of Mohammed V, or enjoy the golden beaches of the Moroccan Atlantic coast. Rabat is also conveniently located for excursions to nearby destinations such as Casablanca and Fès, offering travelers the opportunity to discover the cultural richness of Morocco.
The launch of the new route between Geneva and London strengthens the ties between Geneva and the British capital. London Stansted joins the other London airports already served by easyJet (Gatwick, Luton, Southend), providing travelers with increased connectivity to one of the most popular destinations from Geneva. This new route, operated exclusively in winter, will further expand the ski offerings from the UK. Switzerland is easyJet's top ski destination, and with this route, easyJet reaffirms its role as a contributor to the local tourism economy.
