For the 2023/24 winter period, Genève Aéroport has returned to its complete and even slightly improved flight network, offering close to 120 destinations served by direct flights by more than 50 scheduled airlines. The main novelty of this season is the arrival of Air Mauritius with two weekly rotations to Mauritius.
The resumption of long-haul flights (Abu Dhabi, Addis Ababa, Doha, Dubai, Montreal, New York, Beijing, Washington) is a significant element of Genève Aéroport's strategy. These direct connections to major economic and political hubs strengthen Geneva's position as the headquarters of many international organizations and companies. This essential connectivity facilitates diplomatic, commercial and cultural exchanges between Geneva and the rest of the world.
In addition to serving the main European capitals, major transfer airports, leading tourist destinations and some niche markets, Genève Aéroport is proud to offer some exciting novelties for travellers in search of discovery.
The tropical paradise of Mauritius
Mauritius is synonymous with dreamy beaches, lush scenery and unforgettable moments, but also with unspoilt natural beauty and a warm and vibrant population. Air Mauritius offers two flights a week to discover this exotic destination, where wellbeing and escape are paramount.
The magic of the Moroccan capital
Take in the charm of Rabat, Morocco's historic streets, sumptuous palaces and rich culture with easyJet. Two flights a week allow you to explore this fascinating city where the past and the present meet in a mesmerizing way.
The sweetness of the Algarve
White cliffs, small fishing harbors and a very mild climate make up the Algarve in southern Portugal, easily accessible via Faro. Two flights a week are operated by easyJet to the golden sandy beaches, picturesque villages and delicious cuisine of this destination.
The lava fields of the Canaries
Lanzarote is synonymous with volcanoes, incredible rocks and black and red lands. A new easyJet line with two flights a week connects Geneva directly to Arrecife for a stay in this island of silence, declared a biosphere reserve.
Other destinations have been connected to Geneva since the winter, either yearly or seasonally, such as Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan (Azerbaijan Airlines) or Tallinn, Estonia (Air Baltic). Southend is the new South London airport now accessible by direct flight (easyJet).
