As part of the development of its Rome base, Vueling will launch new flights between Geneva and Fiumicino Airport next summer. Starting on 27 March 2016, there will be 4 weekly frequencies between the two cities and from June on, the route will increase to 6 times per week (daily except on Saturday). The flight will be operated with an Airbus A320 (180 seats).

For the summer 2016 season, Vueling will also increase their flights on Geneva-Barcelona to twice daily.
Vueling is a Spanish low cost airline created in 2004 and now part of the IAG Group (parent company of British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus…). It operates a fleet of more than 90 aircrafts, mainly Airbus A320 with a capacity of 180 seats. Its network covers more than 130 cities in Europe and to some medium-haul destinations, with its two biggest bases in Barcelona and Rome. It is member of IATA since 2015.
