Wizz Air announces flights between Geneva and Warsaw!

Wizz Air, the largest budget airline in Central and Eastern Europe, has announced the development of its budget range with the launch of a service between Poland and Switzerland. From 25 October 2015, Wizz Air will be operating two flights a week from Warsaw's main airport to Geneva.

The Head of Wizz Air communications, Daniel de Carvalho, said: "This is our fourth route from Geneva, and with fares from CHF 27.99 we hope to be carrying a lot of passengers on this new route."

Geneva is the cradle of watchmaking, a financial centre and a global diplomacy capital. Genève Aéroport provides access to the most famous ski resorts in the region. This new route will allow Polish tourists to make winter or summer stays in Geneva or the surrounding mountains. This new route will also facilitate travel for the Polish community in Switzerland and neighbouring France, and also for leisure passengers wishing to spend a long weekend in Warsaw.
