Starting on 3 February, Etihad Regional (operated by Darwin Airline) is launching a new scheduled route between Geneva and Stuttgart Stuttgart in Germany. Flights are available 4 times a week, with an early afternoon departure. Operation is by a 50-seater Saab 2000 type aircraft, which is a good match for this type of market.
There is especially high demand from business in the capital of Bade-Wurtemberg for this direct link. The flight will make it possible to strengthen still further economic ties between the two regions and the two countries.
For the airline, this new route is the first launch since the new identity of Darwin Airline. Etihad Regional now offers flights to 16 destinations in Europe, operating a fleet of 10 Saab 2000 turbojet aircraft.
