Darwin Airline announces new connections from Geneva

From 30 January 2012, Darwin Airline announces the launching of new destinations: Genoa and Luxembourg. This is a strategic step that sums up Darwin Airline’s key objectives for 2012: to establish its position as the reference Swiss regional airline in the alpine and subalpine area.

Fabio Parini, Darwin Airline CEO, says: "It gives us great satisfaction to announce such a major expansion of our network. Since early 2011 our focus has been Geneva airport, a strategic air hub that also boasts undeniable excellence as a benchmark for international business and events related to the luxury sector, such as the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie and the Geneva Motor Show, not to mention the ski resorts of Crans-Montana, Verbier and Gstaad, situated only kilometres away. The Luxembourg route is clearly a hugely important strategic option that will allow all business travellers to travel swiftly and pleasantly to the most important international financial centres. The new air links raise to four the number of connections to and from Italy, which will bring numerous business and leisure passengers to the Geneva area."
