Biden-Poutine summit: normal operation of the airport

Geneva will host the delegations participating in the Biden-Poutine « U.S. - Russia Summit Geneva » presidential summit on 15, 16 and 17 June 2021, organised by Switzerland. Normal operation of Genève Aéroport will continue during this period. Passengers who plan to travel with the airline of their choice will be able to do so as scheduled, without changing their itinerary. Shops and restaurants will also be open to welcome them.

Please note, however, that there will be traffic problems in the canton of Geneva and in particular in the city centre and around the harbour. The use of public transport to access Genève Aéroport is advised even if there are changes to schedules or routes. It is therefore recommended to refer to the information disseminated by the cantonal authorities and by public transport.
