A unique bridge between tourism industry and travellers
In 2017, the space has been fully redesigned in what concerns both the decoration and the organisation. Several animation stands provide visitors with entertainment and information on the subject of travel.
Between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm the mobile animations contribute to a relaxed and fresh atmosphere. In addition, each exhibitor has the opportunity to offer prizes on its exhibition stand.
Every day around 20,000 people pass through this highly frequented area. As the admission to Envol Exhibition is free, every airport passenger is a potential visitor of your stand.
Moreover, 5,000 to 6,000 people plan their trip on this date to visit the exhibition, looking for information and amusement.
Each year, airlines, tourism offices around the world, tour operators, travel agencies and many professionals whose activity revolves around tourism join Envol to meet their customers.
There are two options to exhibit to Salon Envol:
- a showroom with fully equipped stand;
- or a clear space which consists of a floor area of your choice equipped with electrical outlets and WiFi.
Description of the space with the equipped stand:
- backlighted stand/counter (1m60 long x 1m high x 50cm wide).
- 42-inch screen;
- spots, a highchair, a display for brochures, a plant;
- electric plug (a 5m extension cord is recommended).
- space available for one or two rollups (1m wide x 2m high).
Salon Envol takes place at the beginning of the year, in a period where many Genevans are starting to plan their summer vacation.
It takes place on Sunday, all day long, in the main hall of Genève-Aéroport SBB train station, a strategic crossing point thanks to the many shops and restaurants that are open that day.
As an exhibitor, you will have two free parking spaces available in our car parks P1 and P26 for the duration of the event.
Genève Aéroport ensures the promotion of the event to the public with a substantial communication campaign: display, radio, print, flyers, emailings, posts on its social media and dedicated web page.
