Yes, creation of an account is required for purchasing or booking e-services products.
The data are processed confidentially and used solely within the context of the services offered. They may be used for statistical purposes.
Payments for e-services products can be made only by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
You can register your card details, which will then be used automatically for each booking you make, regardless of the product. Those details can of course be deleted at any time. The details of several cards can be recorded.
On-line payments are made via a secure system and information about them is used solely for the purchase of a product.
In principle, e-services have been made for individual travellers who book their products themselves. When a profile is created, a “surname” and “first name” must be given that will always be linked to the e-mail address provided.
However, in order to keep a neutral profile for your e-mail address, you can put your company’s activity in the “first name” field (e.g. "agency" or "company") and the name of the company or agency in the “surname” field.
Note: the booking confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided; it is up to you to then forward it to the passenger concerned. It should be noted that only you, through your profile, can subsequently cancel/amend the booking in accordance with the stated conditions.
First names and surnames are not checked at the time products are used.

The services provided by Swissport in their Horizon Lounge can be viewed at http://www.gvalounge.com/business-lounge
One-time entry to the Swissport Horizon Lounge costs CHF 35.- but is free until the age of 6.
First, login to your customer account and check that the booking has been registered. You can then have the confirmation re-sent.
After checking, if the problem has not been resolved, please contact us using the contact form.
After going through security, follow the signs to the Swissport Horizon Lounge, which is on the mezzanine level.
When you get to reception, show your confirmation containing the bar code. Once it is validated, you can enter the Lounge. If validation fails (error in the date, bar code already used, etc.), you will unfortunately not be allowed to enter the Lounge and no refund will be given.
Yes, you can amend or cancel your booking. You can do it until midnight before the expected date of entry to the Priority Lane and/or the Lounge, for an amendment charge of 50%. The booking cannot be amended after that time and no refund will be given.
! N.B.: Where there is a package purchase (purchase of several products at the same time), we would draw your attention to the following points:
Purchasing entry to the Swissport Horizon Lounge is an separate service unrelated to the purchase of an air ticket from an airline, or even a travel agency. Since flight cancellations or timetable changes are entirely a matter for the airlines, lounge booking fees cannot be refunded.
However, under the product terms and conditions, cancellation or amendment is possible up to midnight before expected entry to the Lounge, without charge.
Yes, it is possible to book to use Priority Lane in the French sector; the ticket is the same whether departure is from Switzerland or the French sector.
However, there is no access to the Salon Lounge from the French sector.
The Swissport Horizon Lounge is open from 06:00 to 21:30. Entrance to the Lounge is however accepted only until 21:00.
Once you have entered the Horizon Lounge, you can stay there for a maximum of 3 hours.
We would however point out that once you have entered the Lounge, you are subject to the rules of Swissport, the Lounge operator. Swissport reserves the right to refuse a user any or all of its services should it deem that to be necessary (cf. product general terms and conditions).
