In principle, e-services have been made for individual travellers who book their products themselves.When a profile is created, a “surname” and “first name” must be given that will always be linked to the e-mail address provided.
However, in order to keep a neutral profile for your e-mail address, you can put your company’s activity in the “first name” field (e.g. "agency" or "company") and the name of the company or agency in the “surname” field.
Note: the booking confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided; it is up to you to then forward it to the passenger concerned. It should be noted that only you, through your profile, can subsequently cancel/amend the booking in accordance with the stated conditions.

If your child is less than 6 years old, use of Priority Lane is free for him or her. Carry the child in your arms and go through at the same time.

If validation of your bar code fails (error in the date, bar code already used, etc.), you will unfortunately not be allowed to use the Priority Lane channel and no refund will be given.
Yes, you can amend or cancel your booking. You can do it until midnight before the expected date of entry to the Priority Lane and/or the Lounge, for an amendment charge of 50%. The booking cannot be amended after that time and no refund will be given.
! N.B.: Where there is a package purchase (purchase of several products at the same time), we would draw your attention to the following points:
The purchase of a Priority Lane pass is a separate service that is independent of the purchase of an airline ticket from an airline or a travel agency. In the event of a flight cancellation or a change of schedule, your order cannot be refunded by Genève Aéroport. This is because a cancellation or a change of schedule depends solely on the airline.
On the other hand, we remind you that it is possible to change or cancel your Priority Lane order until midnight on the day before departure, by connecting directly on your e-services account. In the event of a change/cancellation, cancellation fees will apply: 50% of the price of your order will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be the alteration / cancellation charges.

Yes, it is possible to book to use Priority Lane in the French sector; the ticket is the same whether departure is from Switzerland or the French sector.
However, there is no access to the Salon Lounge from the French sector.
