Persons with reduced mobility (PRM)

Since 1st November 2009, Geneva International Airport, through GVAssistance, provides assistance to disabled and mobility-impaired passengers on their arrival at the airport and as they work their way through the terminal.

In order to ensure you get the best quality service and to keep waits to a minimum, you must indicate your needs to your airline or travel agency when you book your flight, at least 48 hours before your departure.

If you have recently been ill or had an operation, or if your condition is unstable, you may need medical authorization to travel. Ask your doctor for advice.
