Genève Aéroport reserves the right to amend, add to or delete all or any of these terms and conditions at any time.

The resaPark booking fee, regardless of the number of days parked in the P1 car park, is payable directly by credit card through the booking system.

• Booking fee: CHF 20 .- all taxes included (~ € 14 .-*).
• Parking costs: current rates in the P1 car park.

* The figure in € is provided for guidance only. Subject to changes in booking and/or exchange rates.

1. A change made up to 24 hrs before the scheduled entry time is treated as a cancellation.
   
   
2. A refund of CHF 10.- (~ € 7.-) will be credited directly to your credit card.
   
   
3. You must then make a new booking, regardless of the original one.
   
   
4. The fee for bookings changed less than 24 hrs before the scheduled arrival time is not refundable.

N.B. To be able to change/cancel your reservations you must first have opened an account. This will enable you to consult your past record with resaPark and to be identified when you make later reservations.

1. Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hrs before the scheduled time of arrival, subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
   
   
2. A refund of CHF 10.- (~ € 7.-) will be credited directly to your credit card.
   
   
3. The fee for bookings cancelled less than 24 hrs before the scheduled arrival time is not refundable.

N.B. To be able to change/cancel your reservations you must first have opened an account. This will enable you to consult your past record with resaPark and to be identified when you make later reservations.

1. Your booking is guaranteed up to 4 hours after the scheduled time of entry.
   
   
2. Failure to show at the car park at the time booked (+4 hours grace period) is treated as a cancellation.
   
   
3. After the 4 hour grace period, your booking is automatically cancelled and no refund will be payable.

1. Your arrival time must correspond to the entry time specified when you booked.
   
   
2. You may however occupy your resaPark parking space, at no extra cost, from 2 hours before and up to 4 hours after the scheduled entry time.
   
   
3. Outside those times (more than 2 hours early, or 4 hours late), you may not use the resaPark parking space.
   
   
4. After 4 hours, your booking is automatically cancelled and no refund is payable.

1. Your departure time must correspond to the exit time specified when you booked.
   
   
2. You may however leave the resaPark car par, at no extra cost, up to 4 hours before or after the scheduled exit time.
   
   
3. Outside those times (more than 4 hours early or 4 hours late), you will be required to pay an "additional fee":
   
   • If leaving "early": a one-off amount of CHF 20.- (~ € 14.-), regardless of how many hours and/or days before the 4 hour grace period.
     
   • If leaving "late": CHF 20.- (~ € 14.-), per period of 24 hours started, from the scheduled exit time.
     
     
4. Where this happens, you must insert your credit card into the machine at the resaPark area exit. The amount of the "additional fee" will be charged to your credit card.

Genève Aéroport undertakes to do everything necessary to handle confidentially data you entrust to it (identity, credit card number, telephone number, email address, etc.).

1. Genève Aéroport accepts no liability for direct and/or indirect damage caused by failure to provide or improper provision of its service, including the unavailability of resaPark for technical reasons, force majeure, general operating factors, and/or maintenance of order at the Airport.
   
   
2. Genève Aéroport accepts no liability for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of data you have entrusted to it (identity, credit card number, phone number, email address, etc.), including fraudulent and improper use by an unauthorized third party.
   
   
3. Genève Aéroport accepts no liability for damage to vehicles or theft of all or part thereof, or to objects placed in or on vehicles.

1. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
   
   
2. The applicable law is Swiss law.
